Кожен пацієнт потребує окремої оцінки з урахуванням індивідуальних клінічних та лабораторних критеріїв, а також епідеміологічних та соціальних. Китайські протоколи говорять так: ¨ у пацієнта більше 3-х днів спостерігалося незмінне дихання, ясна свідомість, невпливова мова, нормальне харчування та нормальна температура тіла; Зображення легенів демонструють значне поліпшення, і два послідовні тести на нуклеїнову кислоту були негативними »(4). Подальше спостереження є обов'язковим, оскільки пацієнти, які одужали від COVID-19, можуть залишати постійні ушкодження легенів, зокрема легеневий фіброз.

Summary

Each patient requires a particular evaluation considering individual clinical and laboratory criteria, as well as epidemiological and social ones. Chinese protocols put it this way: ¨the patient has had unaltered breathing, clear consciousness, unaffected speech, normal diet and normal body temperature for more than 3 days; lung images show significant improvement, and two consecutive nucleic acid tests have been negative ”(4). Follow-up is mandatory as patients who have recovered from COVID-19 may be left with permanent damage to their lungs, specifically pulmonary fibrosis.

Resumen

Cada paciente requiere una evaluación particular considerando criterios individuales de tipo clínicos y laboratoriales, así como epidemiológicos y sociales. Los protocolos chinos así lo expresaban: ¨el paciente ha tenido una respiración no alterada, conciencia clara, habla no afectada, dieta normal y temperatura corporal normal durante más de 3 días; las imágenes de pulmón muestran una mejora significativa;y dos pruebas consecutivas de ácido nucleico han sido negativas¨ (4). El seguimiento es mandatorio pues los pacientes que se han recuperado de COVID-19 pueden quedar con un daño permanente en sus pulmones, en específico con fibrosis pulmonar.

Last night my wife found that there were no green bell peppers and had to choose other types of peppers. Here in Sarasota, Florida where I happily live as it is a beautiful and welcoming beach town, peppers are selling a lot in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, I think it is because they are rich in lutein that strengthens the eyes. , an organ susceptible to infection by the new coronavirus and for which, in addition to a mask, I wear protective glasses that my doctor recommends.🙄

However we can get much more lutein with spinach.

Spinach caught attention when it was considered a good nutritional source of iron due to a 1930s reference based on a German analysis conducted in the 1890s. It was reinforced by the comic strip and the cartoon character "Popeye "who has also been seen eating spinach since the 1930s with which get his super strength.💪

Sin embargo podemos adquirir mucha mas luteina con las espinacas.

La espinaca llamo la atencion cuando se consideró una buena fuente nutricional de hierro debido una referencia de la década de 1930 sobre la base de un análisis alemán realizado en la década de 1890. Fue reforzado por la tira cómica y el personaje de dibujos animados "Popeye", a quien también se le ha visto comer espinacas desde la década de 1930 con las cuales adquiere su súper fuerza.

Si bien, hace unos quince o veinte anos atras se descarto en el mundo cientifico la espinaca como una fuente de poder, resulta que recientemente una famosa Universidad de Noruega la reivindica como excelente fuente de luteina si se le toma en un batido de leche con hielo que a mi me sabe muy bien, sabe a guarapo de cana. Mi esposa me lo prepara en el desayuno.

Pero hay mas, contiene una sustancia llamada Tirosina que provoca que pienses rapido, que tengas buenos reflejas y hace mas despiertos a los cerebros de los ancianos.

Tambien es posible energizar el cerebro rapidamente comiendo una ensalada de espinacas, huevos duros y aceite de oliva por la carga de luteina y tirosina que se asimila rapidamente.
